Somewhere along this journey of mine, I did not record it in my journal so I do not know when, I chanced upon a video of a Biofield Tuning Practitioner trained by Eileen doing a Biofield Tuning. From this video, I learned that I was "doing it wrong." As mentioned previously, I was holding the fork perpendicular to the floor and bringing in what energy was ready to be brought into the chakra and I did not really feel the areas of "stuckness" that Eileen had mentioned in her book that I should feel. After watching the video, I realized that I was "supposed to" be holding the fork parallel to the floor and coaxing the stuck energies to move into center and be assimilated. Upon trying this alternate way of holding the fork, I discovered that holding the fork this other direction really does result in being able to feel blockages as the fork moves in toward the body.
After learning this alternate method, I did a session on myself and immediate family members in this manner. I believe that I also did a session in this manner on my direct line ancestors and then on my "family group." Besides learning that you could feel more blockages this way, I also learned that the sessions take longer when done in this manner. (It appears that using this method, some practitioners can spend the entire 1-hour session working on just one chakra.) In general, I spend longer for a session than I did in the beginning, even when using my original method, so I assume that doing a complete tuning with all the chakras will take several hours. It is a lot of work and wears on my body to stand for so long, so I am doing the session in sections.
Fortunately or unfortunately, there is really nothing short or quick about this work. A session can have profound and lasting benefits, but this healing journey is like peeling off the layers of an onion. You often have to heal one thing before another things is even accessible to heal. Healing one thing can open up multitudes of possibilities for more healing that were not available previously. There will always be more healing/work to be done no matter how many sound healing treatments you have. I believe this will be the case at least until the Second Coming of Jesus Christ. Who knows, maybe this work will continue on even in the next life? Whether it does or not, I offer these sessions in the hopes that they will help you prepare for His coming. I believe that it is close at hand
