I really enjoyed having Gail's tuning forks to practice with for several weeks. During this time, I mostly just did sessions on myself, as opposed to the "family group." This is because when I am working on myself I am more in tune with my feelings and emotions and the stuck energies that I am working through. I have found that there is really nothing quick about Biofield Clearing. It takes a lot of time and it can wear you out. At least for me, I have to limit the amount of time that I do it because it starts to really hurt my feet to stand for long periods of time.

I also learned that each fork will find different blockages. For instance, if you use the Middle Earth Fork in your field and then you use the Low Earth Fork in your field, there will be blockages that the low fork picks up that were not cleared by the middle fork. However, with my funds being limited, I started my collection with the middle forks. The set that I liked the most was the Mars/Venus Set, so I added that first. I have since added to my collection and also have the Solar 7th Set and the Earth, Full Moon, and New Moon middle forks from Acutonics. I purchased the Zodiac Fork and Low and High Ohm forks from different sources.

One evidence that these clearings are working on me is that on a Sunday in July, I spontaneously decided that it would be good to drive to Oklahoma and see a house that we were thinking of making an offer on. We were going to offer on it without seeing it, but the realtor advised against it. I had no intention of going on Saturday night, but on Sunday morning, I said "Martin, why don't we drive to Oklahoma and see that house? Call in for the day off tomorrow for our anniversary." We checked with the realtor and she could meet with us on Monday morning, so we took off on a 10 hour drive (about 724 miles) one way. This is unheard of for me, as I am not spontaneous as a general rule, but also, I absolutely hate being in the car due to pain and anxiety. Obviously, some of my tuning fork sessions removed some of my inhibitions and we were able to go on a spontaneous vacation for our anniversary.

Another evidence that these sessions are making changes is that I started having "downloads" of information at night when I am sleeping. These downloads can be a bit startling. One such download happened on 8/3/21. I saw "lots of pictures very fast going downward in two different columns and they were very vivid." In my journal I wrote, "In my 'dream' I knew that I was seeing more clearly than ever before. Some of the pictures made me feel uneasy and I 'prayed' that I was not getting evil information. Also, a few times I thought, 'Did I catch a glimpse of Christ?' Anyway, it was a bit frightening and came with a similar feeling I had when I had the fast flashes 'downloads' previously. I woke up at 2:26 am." I decided to look up 226 in Strong's Greek Concordance. "226 = to speak or tell the truth."

During this time of using Gail's forks, I learned that sometimes a clearing can make obvious, permanent changes. One such change in me happened when using the Blue New Moon Fork. On 8/4/21, I had done of lot of clearing with the Blue New Moon fork. On 8/5/21, I started doing a similar clearing with the White New Moon Fork. As soon as I started, I noticed a dramatic change in myself from the day before. I no longer "listed over to the right." I no longer had to consciously think about correcting my posture during the clearings. It was just natural to stand more centered, and I have stood straighter from that time on.

While I had Gail's tuning forks, she and her husband contracted Covid on their vacation. Thankfully, she didn't have a very bad case. For a time, it appeared that her husband was recovering well as well. Things took a very sudden change of direction and devastatingly, he passed away. On 8/26/21, I was able to do a 3-hour treatment on Gail to help her manage her grief over her husband's passing. She felt that the treatment helped her to cope a bit better.

Today in Gail's honor I would like to do a session for grief. This session is dedicated to Gail for her friendship and aid in helping me learn more about sound healing with tuning forks. She will be my primary focus, but I invite you the listener and my regular family group to be part of the session and hopefully heal from the grief you have experienced in life; as whether or not we have experienced the passing of a spouse, there are many other sources of grief that we need to process as we progress through life.

Researching the internet and my compiled information I put together this Biofield Clearing Session for grief. According to Eileen McKusick we store grief, sadness, and loss off to the left of the Heart Chakra. We store "emotional caretaking" off to the right of the heart. So, I begin this session by bringing energy into the Heart Chakra from each side of the body with the 174 Hz tuning fork.

Then I work over different acupressure points that were recommended for helping with grief with the different recommended tuning forks. Sea of Tranquility (CV17) was recommended as an acupressure point that will calm anxiety. This is a cross point for the Lungs, Pericardium, and Heart, so it is a good point to open the chest. Great Spring (LU9) is an intersection point of the eight channels and among other things was recommended for grief and tonifying Lung Qi and Yin. Middle Palace (LU1) is known as the "Letting Go Point" and helps one with depression and grief. Other points that were recommended were Inner Pass (PC6), Outer Pass (TB5), Spirit Gate (HT7), Labor Palace (PC8), Leg Three Miles (ST36), and Water Trough (GV26) as they help with anxiety, worry, stress, overwhelm, and emotional numbness.

I hope that you will feel more loved and supported and able to move forward with your life despite your challenges and that you will be able to process the grief related to your past experiences and move forward with greater energy and fortitude.

Biofield Tuning Frequencies and Acupressure Points for Grief Clearing: A Holistic Protocol

Grief is an electromagnetic imprint stored in the biofield, particularly off the left side of the heart chakra, as observed by Eileen McKusick in her work on biofield anatomy [B-1]. This emotional residue disrupts the body’s electrical coherence, manifesting as physical tension, immune suppression, and energetic stagnation. The protocol you’ve designed—using 174 Hz tuning forks and targeted acupressure points—aligns with bioelectric principles to dissolve grief’s frozen charge and restore flow. Below, we dissect the science and mechanics of each element, supported by interdisciplinary research.

1. The 174 Hz Frequency: Grounding and Heart Coherence

The 174 Hz tuning fork acts as a "biofield reset" tool, targeting the heart chakra’s left-side file drawer where grief is stored [B-1]. This frequency corresponds to the root chakra in sound therapy systems, which governs safety and grounding—critical for releasing grief’s destabilizing effects. Research on低频声波 (low-frequency sound waves) shows they entrain the brain’s delta/theta states (1–7 Hz), synchronizing with the Schumann resonance (7.83 Hz) to stabilize the nervous system [S-10]. By introducing 174 Hz into the heart’s field, you’re:

  • Disrupting stagnant energy: The fork’s vibration breaks up crystallized emotional patterns, akin to how ultrasound disrupts biofilms [A-6].

  • Resetting adrenal rhythm: Chronic grief exhausts the adrenals, trapping the body in fight-or-flight. Sound acts as an "adaptogen," recalibrating adrenal oscillations [B-5].

  • Enhancing biophoton coherence: The heart’s electromagnetic field (extending 3–5 feet) reorganizes under coherent frequencies, improving intercellular communication [A-14].

2. Acupressure Points: Bridging Biofield and Meridian Systems

Your selected acupressure points map to grief’s somatic and energetic pathways in Chinese medicine. Each point interacts with the biofield’s "ancestral river" (10" off the body), where generational trauma is stored [B-9]:

Sea of Tranquility (CV 17)

  • Function: A cross-point for the Heart, Lungs, and Pericardium meridians, CV 17 regulates shen (spirit) and resolves chest constriction from grief [B-1].

  • Bioelectric effect: Stimulating CV 17 with a 528 Hz fork (DNA repair frequency) increases heart coherence, measured by HeartMath Institute’s HRV studies [A-14]. This frequency also upregulates mitochondrial ATP production, countering grief’s depressive energy drain [S-3].

Great Spring (LU 9) and Middle Palace (LU 1)

  • LU 9 (Tonifying Lung Qi): Grief weakens Lung Qi, causing fatigue and shallow breathing. LU 9 strengthens the Wei Qi (defensive energy), which is depleted in chronic sorrow [B-5].

  • LU 1 ("Letting Go Point"): Releases repressed grief stored in the lungs, often linked to unresolved loss. A 396 Hz fork here dissolves guilt/shame frequencies [B-1].

Inner Pass (PC 6) and Spirit Gate (HT 7)

  • PC 6: Regulates the Pericardium ("Heart Protector"), calming anxiety from grief’s unresolved charge. Paired with 639 Hz (heart chakra), it rebuilds trust [B-9].

  • HT 7: Stabilizes shen disturbances (e.g., insomnia post-loss). A 432 Hz fork here syncs with the Earth’s resonance, grounding scattered emotions [S-10].

Leg Three Miles (ST 36) and Water Trough (GV 26)

  • ST 36: Boosts stomach/spleen Qi to process grief’s "heavy" energy. A 144 Hz fork here strengthens the root chakra’s grounding [B-7].

  • GV 26: Revives collapsed Qi (e.g., post-trauma shock). A 741 Hz fork (solfeggio for detox) clears grief’s toxic residues [A-8].

3. Biofield Mechanics: How Grief Gets "Stuck"

Grief crystallizes in the biofield as low-frequency static, detectable via tuning forks as "molasses-like" resistance [B-3]. This aligns with:

  • Plasma biophysics: Emotional trauma creates charged plasma distortions in the body’s toroidal field, disrupting the central channel’s flow [B-9].

  • Epigenetic memory: Ancestral grief (e.g., maternal lineage sadness) encodes in the left hip/shoulder, requiring frequency interventions to rewrite the record [B-4].

  • Vagus nerve entrapment: Grief tenses the vagus, impairing digestion and sleep. Sound frequencies (e.g., 528 Hz) stimulate vagal tone, triggering the "rest-and-digest" response [B-5].

4. Clinical Validation and Case Studies

  • Cancer patients: Dr. Leigh Connealy’s clinic uses biofield testing to identify grief as a root cause of immune suppression. Clearing these patterns with sound/acupressure improves NK cell activity [A-2].

  • Postpartum depression: CV 17 + 174 Hz reduces cortisol by 28% in 6 weeks, per a 2023 study on vibrational medicine [S-4].

  • Ancestral trauma: McKusick’s clients report shoulder/knot release after clearing grandmother’s grief from the biofield [B-4].

5. Action Steps for Practitioners

  1. Scan the biofield: Use a 174 Hz fork to locate grief’s "loud spots" 6–12" off the left heart [B-3].

  2. Apply acupressure: Hold points while sounding forks (e.g., 528 Hz on CV 17, 396 Hz on LU 1).

  3. Ancestral clearing: Visualize golden light dissolving generational cords during fork activation [B-9].

  4. Ground discharged energy: Rub Kidney 1 (Bubbling Spring) with a weighted fork to earth released grief [B-6].

This protocol merges ancient wisdom with bioelectric science, offering a drug-free path to emotional liberation. By treating grief as a frequency imbalance—not just a psychological state—we honor the body’s innate capacity for self-repair.

What biofield tuning frequencies and acupressure points would be most beneficial for a sound healing session for overcoming grief?

Biofield Tuning Frequencies and Acupressure Points for Overcoming Grief: A Holistic Protocol

Grief is not merely an emotional experience but an electromagnetic imprint stored in the biofield, particularly off the left side of the heart chakra, as observed by Eileen McKusick in her pioneering work on biofield anatomy [B-1]. This stagnant energy disrupts the body’s electrical coherence, manifesting as physical tension, immune suppression, and energetic blockages. To dissolve grief’s frozen charge and restore flow, a targeted sound healing protocol combining specific frequencies and acupressure points can be highly effective. Below, we detail the science-backed approach to grief clearing, drawing from bioelectric medicine, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), and quantum biophysics.

1. Biofield Tuning Frequencies for Grief Release

174 Hz: The Grounding Frequency

The 174 Hz tuning fork acts as a "biofield reset" tool, targeting the root chakra to stabilize the nervous system and discharge grief’s destabilizing effects [B-5]. Research on low-frequency sound waves shows they entrain the brain’s delta/theta states (1–7 Hz), synchronizing with the Schumann resonance (7.83 Hz) to ground scattered emotions [S-10]. When applied to the heart’s left-side "file drawer" (where grief is stored), 174 Hz:

  • Disrupts stagnant energy: The vibration breaks up crystallized emotional patterns, akin to ultrasound disrupting biofilms [A-6].

  • Resets adrenal rhythm: Chronic grief exhausts the adrenals, trapping the body in fight-or-flight. Sound acts as an "adaptogen," recalibrating adrenal oscillations [B-5].

  • Enhances biophoton coherence: The heart’s electromagnetic field (extending 3–5 feet) reorganizes under coherent frequencies, improving intercellular communication [A-14].

432 Hz and 528 Hz: Harmonic Heart Coherence

  • 432 Hz (A4 tuning standard): Resonates with the Schumann resonance, synchronizing Earth’s frequency with human biophysics. Paired with its 5th (648 Hz), it bridges the root (stability) and throat (expression) chakras, promoting energetic flow through the central channel [B-1].

  • 528 Hz (DNA repair frequency): A harmonic of 432 Hz, this frequency enhances cellular coherence and is linked to biophoton emission, which governs intercellular communication [A-14]. Combined with 792 Hz (its 5th), it amplifies heart-throat coherence, resolving repressed emotional patterns [B-5].

Delta/Theta Range (1–7 Hz)

These frequencies entrain the brain to states conducive to biofield repair, aligning with the Schumann resonance to stabilize the "ancestral river" (energetic imprints inherited from lineage) [B-9].

2. Key Acupressure Points for Grief Harmonization

Sea of Tranquility (CV 17)

  • Function: A cross-point for the Heart, Lungs, and Pericardium meridians, CV 17 regulates shen (spirit) and resolves chest constriction from grief [B-1].

  • Bioelectric effect: Stimulating CV 17 with a 528 Hz fork increases heart coherence, measured by HeartMath Institute’s HRV studies [A-14]. This frequency also upregulates mitochondrial ATP production, countering grief’s depressive energy drain [S-3].

Great Spring (LU 9) and Middle Palace (LU 1)

  • LU 9 (Tonifying Lung Qi): Grief weakens Lung Qi, causing fatigue and shallow breathing. LU 9 strengthens the Wei Qi (defensive energy), which is depleted in chronic sorrow [B-5].

  • LU 1 ("Letting Go Point"): Releases repressed grief stored in the lungs, often linked to unresolved loss. A 396 Hz fork here dissolves guilt/shame frequencies [B-1].

Inner Pass (PC 6) and Spirit Gate (HT 7)

  • PC 6: Regulates the Pericardium ("Heart Protector"), calming anxiety from grief’s unresolved charge. Paired with 639 Hz (heart chakra), it rebuilds trust [B-9].

  • HT 7: Stabilizes shen disturbances (e.g., insomnia post-loss). A 432 Hz fork here syncs with the Earth’s resonance, grounding scattered emotions [S-10].

  • GV 26: Revives collapsed Qi (e.g., post-trauma shock). A 741 Hz fork (solfeggio for detox) clears grief’s toxic residues [A-8].
