What I have compiled about the Bladder Meridian
The bladder meridian is closely associated with water and is paired with the kidneys. It runs along the back of the body from the head to the heels, and plays a role in the storage and elimination of urine as well as influencing the autonomic nervous system. The water element is associated with deep, low frequency sounds that resonate with the qualities of stillness, depth, and renewal. It is possible that such sounds could be used to harmonize and balance the bladder meridian.
Disruptions or blockages in the Bladder meridian resulting from physical trauma, repetitive strain, and emotional stress can lead to stagnation and obstruct the flow of Qi, causing imbalances.

What I have compiled about the Triple Burner Meridian
The Triple Burner Meridian functions as a regulatory system for the body's energy and fluid metabolism. It is considered a yang meridian that is paired with the Pericardium Meridian and associated with the regulation of body temperature, distribution of fluids, and maintaining overall health and balance. The Triple Burner Meridian is divided into three functional sections: the Upper Burner, Middle Burner, and Lower Burner which govern the heart and lungs, facilitating respiration and circulation; the stomach and spleen, dealing with the digestion of food and the distribution of nutrients; and the kidneys, bladder, and intestines, overseeing elimination and reproductive health respectively. The Triple Burner Meridian is responsible for the movement and transformation of solids and fluids in the body, as well as the production and circulation Qi. It is believed to play a key role in communication between organs and is associated with the regulation of hormones, the immune system, and emotional states such as fear, greed, and grief. Sound healing practices may target the Triple Burner Meridian to help dissolve stress and anxiety, as it is closely linked to the body's fight-or-flight response. When this meridian is blocked or unbalanced, it can lead to digestive problems, respiratory discomfort, and/or emotional imbalances. When balanced, the Triple Burner promotes a stable mind, kind heart, and feeling of joy.
