Biofield Clearing with Tuning Forks Session 9
Biofield Clearing with Tuning Forks Session 9. Group Chakra Tune-up I put on for my first attempt of live group tuning. Didn't go over well, but I put together this video of how it was meant to be.

I tried my first live tuning fork session on 11/2424. It was supposed to be a quick chakra tune-up for a online work social event. It was pretty much a flop. I was totally shocked that they could not hear my tuning forks. They could hear my voice just fine, but the tuning fork wasn't picked up by my web camera. I am not all that technologically skilled, so I could not quickly figure out how to change things to my other microphone and have them hear me. I will definitely have to get that figured out before I try any more live sessions. To make up for the flop, I told them that I would make a video that would be more like what I had intended the session to be like.

I had used my Canva account to create a background video for them to watch during the session, as I am sure that it is more relaxing to watch the video than to watch me hitting my tuning fork. Also having it prepared ahead of time was a way for me to watch the time and make sure that I moved from chakra to chakra at the appropriate time, to get them all into the 25 minute session.
While creating this video, I tested it out for the root chakra and found that hitting my 174 Hz tuning fork three times and then my 528 Hz tuning fork 7 times was about the three minutes that I was intending per chakra. So, other than the opening and closing, that is the pattern I used throughout the tuning as I moved up through the seven main chakras.
I found that counting the number of times I hit the tuning fork per chakra, made it pretty accurate to the background video that I had created, but I did have to make a few adjustments as I held the fork in the biofield a little longer some times than other times and the video came out to be slightly longer than the intended 25 minutes.
Since I was making a video to replace the flopped live session, I invited all who will ever watch this video (and my typical family group) to be part of the session as well. I hope that you find it rejuvenating and are refreshed from the chakra tune-up.
