Biofield Clearing with Tuning Forks Sessions 1 & 2
Biofield Clearing with Tuning Forks Sessions 1 & 2. My First Biofield Clearing Experiences. How I was lead to Biofield Clearing with Tuning Forks. Will this method help you as well?
Getting Started
My first Biofield Clearing experiences were loosely based off of Eileen McKusick’s book "Tuning the Human Biofield." At that point in time, I had not yet see a video on how to do a tuning, and I went off of my interpretation of what Eileen said in her book. I did many tunings on myself, family members, and close friends in this manner before I finally found a video that showed me “what I was supposed to do.” At any rate, by that time, I had had enough experiences with tuning forks to know that I had cleared many things and that there was value in the interpretation that I had taken. With my free Biofield Clearing videos, I have chosen to start out the way that my own personal experience started and show how I progressed and incorporated information and methods from other sources over time.
From Eileen, I learned that we store stuck energies off to the sides of our chakras in our biofields and that certain feelings tend to get stored in specific areas. I also learned that I could make a hologram of myself in order to work on my own biofield. As I did not feel that I had the money to spend on receiving treatments from others, I ordered some tuning forks and went to work on myself. The first tuning forks that I ordered were Eileen’s 174 Hz unweighted fork and her Sonic Slider. I also purchased her Hockey Puck Activator.
I made a large human body outline and labeled the chakras and other points Eileen explained in her book. Our biofields extend out about 6 feet away from us in all directions. According to Eileen’s experiences, the outer edge of the biofield is our birth, and the closer we move toward the body the closer we are to our current age. Starting with the tuning fork out at the edge of the biofield, we can comb the stuck energies into the chakra (moving the tuning fork parallel to the floor) and then mix them with the energy already in the chakra. After the mixing feels complete, we can column the energies out helping the energies to assimilate and flow. (Columning is done holding the fork parallel to the floor while moving it vertically away from the body.)
What I got “wrong” here is that I held my tuning fork vertically (perpendicular to the floor) during the combing instead of parallel to the floor. Holding the fork in this manner, I did not really feel a lot of blockages out in the field, so I mainly just brought in any energies that were ready and willing to be brought into the body. During my first tunings, I did this combing action about three times for each chakra. In Biofield Clearing Sessions 1 and 2, I just do this one time for each chakra (for the sake of time) with the intention that all energies that are ready to come into the body will do so with that one pass through the field. Also of note, when I feel that a chakra is cleared and I am ready to move onto the next chakra, I like to run the tuning fork quickly through the chakra 3 times, to verify that it is time to move one. Sometimes when I do this I notice that there is a bit more work to be done before moving on. For Biofield Clearing Sessions 1 and 2, I just do one fast run through at each chakra location for brevities' sake.
From the very first tuning I did on myself, I could feel that the energies had to be stirred before they were ready to be columned out. The amount of stirring needed varies, but you can feel when the fork is ready to move in an upward direction. The place that I really felt blockages, right from the start, was in the columning out, and so I spent a lot of time here. I do not have “proof,” but based on the feelings and thoughts that have come to me, while working on myself, I believe that when you column out, you go through the blockages in reverse order, (birth by the body and the farther away from your body the closer to your current age.) It would be interesting to know if others working in their own fields have similar insights that would corroborate this or go against this.
Eileen is exceptionally gifted at hearing the different overtones in the fork and feeling the emotions that are in people’s fields and putting a name to them. I personally am very hesitant to develop that skill, so I don’t analyze the feelings and talk about them the way she does, I just let the fork (frequency) do its work. That being said, during the first tuning I did on myself, I really could feel some of the emotions quite strongly and could put a name to them. They were my own feelings after all. I took some notes on my drawing and began writing a “biofield journal” to help me remember what I felt during that first tuning. (Good thing I did that, as just about two and one-half years later, I found that I misremembered several things that my brief journal entry clarified.)
This is what I wrote in my journal on 3/2/21 about the tuning I did on 3/1/21. I started at the feet on the front, left side.
The first thing I noticed was the resistance on the fork when columning up at the chakras at the feet and knees. Around the Root or Sacral chakra, I started to recognize the resistance at the edge of my field. When I got to the Heart there was absolutely no doubt that I had found a pocket of energy that needed to be brought back to center so it could integrate and circulate with my core energy. I felt a profound sense of sadness, grief, and loss and wanted to cry. When I brought it in, I discovered that I had to let it mix longer than I had at the other chakras, before I could turn the fork and start columning up.
It took me quite some time to column. As I did so, I believe that I went through a blockage caused by sinning after my baptism [age 8] and thinking all was lost, a blockage caused by my Grandma Chamberlain’s death [when I was 18], and a blockage caused by my second miscarriage [when I was 44]. There I started to cry again.
Nothing else was quite as strong as that sadness at my heart, but after that, many times words came to mind while I was combing along with some feelings. Worry @ the Third Eye, Horror @ the Crown, Fear @ the Third Eye on the way down the other side, Anger/”How dare you!” at the Throat, Consternation and Concern at the Heart, Seething (to almost crying) at the Solar Plexus. “How could I!” and “I’m so sorry!” at the Sacral, Put Out at the Root, Stuck at the Knee, and Won’t Budge at the Foot.
That same day, I also did a tuning on my husband. About his tuning I wrote:
First, I did the left side and felt sadness mixed with worry and on the right side I felt anger mixed with disgust. I didn’t receive any insights as to what the experience was that formed these energies or the blockages that I went through when columning. [But then again, I did mention to Martin at the time, that the anger mixed with disgust kind of felt like "being mad at your mom for feeding you broccoli for the first time."] But like for my heart, it took a lot of mixing and a lot of columning to break through. Martin wasn’t sure he felt anything. But I believe there is truth here (in this method).
I need to figure out how to guard myself from other’s energies as I felt a bit heavier after Martin’s session. Hopefully only help and healing to all parties involved.
I did a tuning on my back on 3/2/21. This is what I had to say about it at the time.
Just finished session on my back. Not as profound as on front. Did notice Aggressive Anger off of right shoulder and Anxiety mixed with Grief off of right kidney and Reluctance off of left knee. I mostly went through the combing motions and then noticed blockages that had to be broken through above each location during columning. Hopefully I will become more intuitive over time.
Looking at my drawing and reading my journal reminded me that on the back, Eileen said that we store the emotions in the hips, kidneys, lungs, and shoulders rather than in the chakras. In light of this reminder, I realize that I did Biofield Clearing Session 2 “incorrectly” as I used the chakras on the back rather than the hips, kidney, lungs, and shoulders. However, during that session I lifted off some really heavy stuff that has allowed me to more freely pop my neck. Since I know for a fact that session did me a lot of good, I think I will let it stand as is and hope you benefit from it in spite of my bad memory.
Overall, I believe that my experience corroborates Eileen’s theory that certain feelings get stored in certain locations of our biofields. Although I am not trying to develop that same level of intuition and skill that Eileen has, at times I really can feel the heavy weight of emotion and a great need to breathe. I agree with Eileen that it is important to breathe out heavily at times to help relieve some of the pressure/tension/stress/energy and it is worth doing so even if you feel a bit self-conscious about it. In both Biofield Clearing Sessions 1 and 2, I pretty much forgot about breathing until working in the heart chakra. There was a lot of heavy stuff there (especially on the left side), and I couldn’t have stopped myself from breathing out heavily if I had wanted to. It served as a good reminder that I was supposed to be doing that all along.
I started out very gung-ho once my tuning forks arrived in the mail, as I did a biofield tuning on my good friend Gail on 3/3/21. The main thing I noticed with Gail was some worry around her heart. She said that she could feel the energy right from the start and particularly felt it at the neck and the head. After I was finished, she said that she felt “invigorated and had more energy than when I came.” I believe her ability to instantly feel the energies was due to the fact that she has done a lot with healing energy modalities over the years.
When I did a session on Martin’s back that same day the only emotion I really felt was at his left foot. To me, “it felt like the energy wanted to ‘hurry up and get in him.’ Later I realized that is definitely Martin. He is always ‘Hurry up. Let’s get going.’ So, it makes sense that he would have that stored in his biofield.”
There is a definite possibility of detox effect from tuning/clearing sessions. It is very important to just realize that detox effects are possible and to stay hydrated. I have found that taking a soak bath with Epsom salts, Apple Cider Vinegar, and Essential Oils helps alleviate some of the detox effects and move through them more quickly. Going out in nature and grounding can also be a big benefit as wells as sitting in a hot sauna. For me, after my first session I felt a bit lighter and more clear/energized in my head. But after my second session, I had a very bad night. I felt very jittery in my body, especially my heart, to the point that it was very hard to fall asleep. I had experienced this feeling before when I first started sleeping on a grounding pad, but it had been at least a year since I had last had that feeling even though I had continued to sleep grounded. That night I also had a nightmare. This is what I wrote in my journal about the nightmare.
I had a dream that someone said something like, 'What about that face?' I turned to look and this entity leaped at me and tried to attach itself to me or enter me. I didn’t want it to do that. So in my dream, I forced myself to call out 'No' to get Martin’s attention who had appeared to be sitting in front of me. I called out 'No' several times and got myself to call it out audibly, so Martin woke up and touched me and I woke up. It took a while before I could get my mind off of the dream. I pray that my 'No' prevented any evil spirit/entity from latching onto me.”
You may wonder why after my dream, I decided to move forward with tuning forks rather than moving away from them. Simply put, on 3/5/21 I wrote "It will still need more work, but today when I was in the sauna, my back and neck popped. For the first time in years, I was able to put my head back and over to my right shoulder without pain! I’m so thankful that the tuning forks are working!"
I wish you to have wonderful positive healing effects as well.
