Weight Loss Experiment Project
This project is a work in progress. I haven't yet developed my plan, but have chosen to start with 10 different Biofield Clearing Release Receive Tapping Tuning Meditation. Weight Loss Paragraph 1
I decided to see how it goes with "Weight Loss Paragraphs" instead of just doing one statement at a time. Below is my first paragraph.
I love and accept myself even though I sometimes sabotage my good intentions. I am ready to stop self-sabotage. I am ready to change. I release from myself and my ancestors the feelings of being scared, the fear of going without, and the feelings of deprivation. I am ready to release these feelings and experiences from my whole being; I am letting go of this old energy. I am changing old patterns. I now find it easy to lose excess weight as I am choosing my fit, trim, healthy body. I am choosing to eat nutrient rich, healthy foods that nourish my body. My body does not need to hold onto excess weight in order to not be deprived; my body trusts me to give it the nutrients it needs. My body does not need to hold on to excess weight in order to be prepared for the future, as I know God will provide what I need at the time that I need it. I let go of the allusion that excess poundage is preparation. I let go of the idea that this excess poundage is part of my survival plan. I am letting go of the pattern of deprivation and the worry of having to go without in the future. I forgive myself for self-sabotaging my best efforts. I put my hands on my heart to open and clear this old energy; I receive new energy and healthier patterns. I am full of faith for the future. I may not understand how it works, but my body is letting go of the extra weight. I am grateful that I am safe and secure and my needs are met. I am grateful I am nourished, satisfied, fulfilled, and thriving as I am losing excess weight. I am safe and filled with success as I let go of the extra poundage that I no longer need. I am making different choices and find it easy to choose healthy foods that nourish my body. I now operate from a place where I am fulfilled and satisfied by my choices with food. I enjoy letting go of the extra pounds. I am creating a healthy, fit, trim, energetic body.

After reading the entire paragraph, I let it slide show repeat as I column over the paragraph to release blockages regarding it. Weight Loss Paragraph 2
I release the idea that I must lose weight before I can feel good about myself. I forgive myself for self-judgment and excess weight. I drop the baggage of feeling like a problem. I love and accept myself even though I dislike my weight. I honor and love myself even though I have found my weight to be embarrassing. I release self-judgment and open myself to the possibility that I do not have to hold onto shame and embarrassment. I choose to see myself from a divine perspective and have compassion for myself and my struggles. It may take time to lose all the extra pounds that I would like to lose, but I can feel better about my weight and myself right now. I choose to love, honor, and accept myself as I begin to lose the excess weight. I release self-judgment about my eating habits and weight. I choose to live life fully and not self-consciously. I embrace and accept myself as I am, while still holding the desire to lose weight. I am grateful for my body and choose to treat it with love and respect. I choose to eat what is good for me. I delight is seeing my weight become balanced. My mind, body, and spirit are healing as I accept new thoughts and patterns that support a healthy body. As I focus on celebrating life, I feel better and lighter. I am strong, healthy, and supported.

It is safe for me to allow sound healing to heal my mind, body, and spirit. I allow the healing to go through in a measured and comfortable way as guided by light and love. I am worthy to heal and allow my healing to include losing excess weight. I honor my suffering and the suffering of my ancestors and release it for healing. I allow my ancestors and others to heal as I am healing. I am releasing the baggage that has been placed on me by others. Healing is possible for me and can help improve my life. This healing includes being at a healthy body weight for my stature. It is safe for me to allow this healing. I can learn from the things I have suffered and release them for healing. My mind, body, and spirit are healing in a way that allows for healthy weight loss. I am open to the healing tones of the tuning forks as they move through my biofield. I am open to new patterns and ideas that are supportive of a healthy life. Although I do not understand completely how it works, I am grateful that blockages are being removed, healing is being received, and extra pounds are being shed. I am grateful that the blockages towards weight loss that I received through my ancestors are being removed not only from me, but them and all their descendants that are willing to let them go. I am releasing my ancestor experiences of deprivation from my whole being. The energy of deprivation is being released and the worry of being deprived in the future is being replaced with confidence that I am supported and God will provide for my needs. I release shame and guilt and accept myself as I am while holding the desire to lose weight. I release the negative effects of any and all medications that have harmed my ability to lose weight. I am grateful that I am safe and secure; that my needs are met; and the excess weight is leaving. I am grateful my body realizes I do not need extra body weight in order to be prepared for the future. I am choosing my healthy, trim fit body and as a result I am thriving, fulfilled, satisfied, confident, and losing excess weight.
